That's what's happening here, painted backgrounds in an actual journal ...
... not to mention that canvas on the left which needs "finishing".
One must have something else to do whilst waiting for backgrounds to dry.
Here's another (unfinished) page from the journal ...
hmmm, it looks a bit better IRL, honestly.
OK, time to pop over and visit Julia at the Stamping Ground
for lots and lots of really interesting desks.
Catch you soon ...
Love the colours, texture and patterns of your journal pages.

I love to see what people do with their art journaling. Everyone has such a personal style and never find two that are the same. Your pages are very pretty with their background colors. It will be interesting to see where you go from here. So many paths you can take! Hugs, Cathryn #146
ReplyDeleteThe backgrounds look great and I can't wait to check out how the new journal is coping with all the layers you have built up. Thanks for picking up one for me. Canvas is looking really good.

G'day Ros
ReplyDeletethanks for dropping by my desk/blog. I've resigned myself to the fact that I shall ever be running late to get to others blogs due to my work but here I am. OMG fancy coming across you thru WOYWW LOL...did you finish yr Finn layout yet? Yes every time I make a card its gets the Finn mixed media treatment now except for when I share old techniques and then I keep the cards simple. Jewellery making with steam punk items is my passion though.
