Today is a special WOYWW.
"Happy Anniversary WOYWW"
I'm just putting together this month's HOH, the subject being Florence Nightingale,
which you've probably figured out by now.
I know, it's going to be late, but I can't rush it or send it out unless I'm HAPPY with it.
.
The camellias aren't normally sitting just there,
but I thought maybe you would enjoy them as much as I do.
They provide lots of bright colour all through the winter months.
If you look closely you can get a sneek peak
of my PiF gift in the bottom right hand corner.
BTW ... many thanks for visiting me
but I can't seem to reply to any comments, via blogger, at the moment.
I don't know what to do about it, so I hope it just magically fixes itself soon!

there were some help suggestions on blogger help (I googled "blogger sign in issues" and it seems ok now. Sadly I can't find the fix or I'd copy it here...)Love your desk....

Think Blogger has got a summer cold and he keeps coughing and upsetting all his mechanisms. Can't grumble though as he doesn't cost anything.
ReplyDeleteNotice you put your name in twice - I did too and so glad to find I was not alone (there's a few of us).
Thanks for sharing your desk and the flowers.
Happy WOYWW #15
Yours is one of only a handful of blogs I can leave a comment on. I've done everything, including unchecking the sign in box. Doesn't work for me. But I really like those flowers. Not sure what an HOH is, but the images and layout look interesting. Happy 104th WOYWW from #9.
ReplyDeleteYour Florence Nightingale project is coming along nicely. Happy Anniversary! Patsy from
ReplyDeleteHeARTworks

Beautiful flowers:) Happy WOYWW birthday to you xx
ReplyDeleteMy blogger has been a problem for the last couple of weeks- if you use Firefox, try updating to FF4, its fixed my issues. Your vintage stuff is gorgeous, Happy WOYWW,
ReplyDeleteyour desk looks lovely with the projects and flowers! happy WOYWW anniversary!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful desk!
ReplyDeleteI love anything to do with Florence Nightingale... I live very near a hospital she once worked at (now a visitor centre), and have some beautiful photographs of her gravesite too - that's also within a short driving distance from me. Maybe it's because there's so much historical interest locally that I like to read about her?
Beautiful desk, flowers and craftwork,
ReplyDeleteblogger tend to do their routine maintenance work on Wednesdays so I think WOYWWers suffer disproportionately, recent problems were supposedly resolved?..
I am so glad I moved to my own website...

LOvin the layout and the flowers... blogger is a right pain at the mo... try signing out then back in without ticking to stay in... might help

Beautiful desk there and the flowers are so pretty.
ReplyDeleteAh! Gonna take Dragon's advice there about Blogger! I have been using the name and URL bit on the blogs that have it. so frustrating!
Ooh gorgeous lovely camellias..again, so weird to think of them as a winter flower for you! I see canvas....how inspiring! Quite right that you don't commit the project to glue until it's just right for you - the it'll be perfect.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking desk! Love that pic! Happy #104-2nd Anniversay of WOYWW Thanks for sharing. Vickie
ReplyDeleteI can just see the corner of your PIF and I think it is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteOh you tease!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your workspace
Happy WOYWW 2nd anniversary xxx
sometimes I have noticed that blogger wont allow me to comment but if I try again it does - funny old thing.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW-versary
