WOYWW 24 August

Hi there! Wednesday again! Time to visit desks all over the world.
Pop over to Julia's place and she will show you around.
So, here's mine ... not terribly exciting ...

The beginnings of three "covers" for some little handmade photo albums,
that I shall get around to putting together (when I get the photos printed ... that would help!)
The pink filmy ribbon stuff ($2 bargain) probably won't go anywhere near the blue snow pages but I thought you might like to see it. (BTW the bow was not that easy to tie.)

Now, here are some lovely things that Shaz in Oz sent me ...
a beautiful card ...

some card toppers

Now, all I had to do with the beach scene was add
one of my most favourite ever stamps (shell cube) and hey presto ...!

  1. Good Morning Ros! Thanks for stopping by! Love the photo folder covers you've done. I'm in the same boat - I need to get the photos printed so I can scrap them!

The plastic drawer units house my everything! About 13 of them hold my rubber stamps, categorised. Then the others hold all sorts - Card blanks and envelopes/inserts, one drawer for adhesives, one each for dye and pigment ink, colouring mediums, theres a drawer for my sizzix dies, one for my stencils & templates, 3 or 4 are sheets of card, in colour groups, theres 3D decoupage, one for peeloffs.... you get the general idea!

  11. Wow, you got in early today. Look forward to seeing your little albums. I still have 350 photos on CD waiting to be scrapped! Not intimidating at all... I have finally finished the steampunk ATC so 350 photos should be a breeze!!

  13. I agree and am with you all the way - bow tying is not easy...

and if achieved as prettily as you did here, then it should always be shown off on a WOYWW, regardless of the colour of the card it appears upon,

  14. Hi Ros, your photo albums are going to look lovely. Most of my photos get uploaded to my pc and there they stay until I need them for a layout. The ribbon is very pretty ... I have a wee gadget for tying bows on, makes it so much easier :) The card and toppers from Shaz are beautiful and I love the card you made with the beach scene. Hope you have a great week. 19. Just wanted to pop by to visit your blog this week and say hello and see what you are up to! Didn't have the time to post(except about newest Doswell addition) or craft the past two weeks due to being in Virginia visiting with the son's family to see the newest granddaughter born. Definitely a fun time none the less. Hope you have a great week. Vickie aka okienurse
