WOYWW 11 January 2012

Happy New Year

I know, it's a bit late, but, hey,
I've been technology free
for the past two weeks.

And now ... ta da,
blogger won't let me do things the way I normally do, so I'm confused.
(Don't know how I managed to get that pic there,
but it didn't get there the usual way!
And it won't let me centre it ... hmmm.)

I'm not actually doing anything at the moment, as you might have guessed,
so I thought you might like to see a few recent buys,
some picked up in sales in the last couple of days.
Some lovely tissue paper (German made!) underneath,
a few stamps, some lovely skating rub-ons,
some cheap stamp cubes (good for travel)
and the UK Craft Stamper
which I almost bought again, because it was misplaced! (But has just surfaced.)
Oh, and if you have eagle eyes you might see or guess what I got for Christmas (hehe).

(Hmm, that's almost impossible. I just zoomed in on that pic.
Will give you a better hint next week!)

I wanted to give you one more pic of something I intend to start work on shortly,
if I can wrangle this pooter ...

If you've wandered here by accident, please visit Julia  -
who will explain all ...

Hold everything ... look ...
I've just had some help from the IT department!
and this pic comes to you via google chrome
instead of internet explorer

This is going to be a small handmade / handbound book
started at a class given by the very talented Joy Bathie.

It's time I finished it.

Lovely stash there - but that last shot is my favourite. Every single one of my favourite colours is featured - gorgeous!! Please show the finished journal. I love the metallic bluey greeny colour best.
