Here we are again, snooping, visiting desks all around the world!
A whole day of "art play" produced the following ...
and also this one which won't fit on my "desk"
The smallest one is finished, but the pink and blue ones await further inspiration.
Off to see what everyone else is up to now.
Ohhh they are gorgeous all three of them. Well done the images are perfect for the canvas and what a productive day. Maybe I should go outside and do some art play. Of course I am making spares!!

Lovely projects!

These are lovely - I particularly like that shade of blue. Did you decorate your sellotape holder or did it come like that? - very unusual,

Your work is so beautiful and wonderfully layered--love it. Happy WOYWW! Sandy Leigh at #11
ReplyDeleteRos, it never really clicked that you lived in Australia until I saw the Emerald City clock (also a name for the city in the Wizard of OZ). Oz has certainly been on MY mind lately.
ReplyDeleteI'm super impressed with the pieces you are working on. They are quite lovely.
I'm late because I was getting ready to leave a message last night when a thunderstorm knocked my electricity out. It was still out this morning when I went grocery shopping. Hard to shop when all the registers are hooked to computers (aka electricity).
At least it's not too late to wish you a happy WoYWW from #4.
Cor, I love the teal colour in the second pic and the 3D effect is very clever! Like them lots :D

ReplyDeleteHi Ros,
ReplyDeleteThese are just beautiful! I love the last one. I missed WOYWW this week -- work was very stressful so I pretty much collapsed when I got home.
Yes, circular needles are great - and I love the bamboo needles! There are a few yarn types that I find the metal ones work better on though, so don't throw them out!
Thank you for visiting me and leaving a comment!
Hugs,
Kay
oooh! Your blue canvas is really lovely. So serene and soothing.
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of fun things did you do to that tape dispenser or did you buy it like that?
Your canvas's are really beautiful, looks like you have been having lots of fun.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW sorry I am running late this week.
