WOYWW doing my bit for recycling

That's my spin take on it anyway. Maybe it's a bit OCD ... you be the judge.
Let's just collect as much reusable card as you possibly can, you know, from packaging, etc ... see top left hand in pic, which is just the tip of the iceberg. And save it all in recycled (naturally), cereal boxes, and when there is so much of it you are in fear of being swamped  get out your trusty Cuttlebug and start cutting out ... very therapeutic ...

It does take a while to whittle down that collected pile, but it sure feels good when you do!

If that doesn't excite you, maybe yesterday's retail therapy will ...

Why am I showing you random photos of stuff on my workdesk?
All will be revealed by Julia who doesn't actually have a real workdesk today but still we all love to visit her on Wednesday, photo or not, just to find out what is happening in her little corner of the world.
Catch you soon.

  6. I saved a bunch of packaging one time after taking a class using recycled bits. After awhile it looked like a trash heap next to my desk. I only ever used such a little bit of it I decided to not do that anymore. Boxes do work well in lieu of chipboard I'll give you that. Your retail therapy looks like it was quite the successful trip.

Don't you just love your cuttlebug! I'm so happy that I bought mine - although I need to use it more.

The stencil from your "therapy" looks really fun.

  10. You are covering all the bases, Ros, between your recycling old and buying new!! I can only imagine all the goodies you have there - we could hold a WOYWW workshop at your place and no one would have to bring anything! Happy Belated WOYWW and thanks for the visit to my place! Have a wonderful week!! Darnell #57

  11. Nice collection of goodies on your bench. I can't believe you are going to cut up all that stash. The new die I bought is from memory box and I wonder now if you have it? See you on Wednesday.
