A burst of colour

I've mentioned this before. When I buy new stuff, the deal is, to use it ... not stash it away for future generations to find.  So, here is my latest delivery of new stash ...

Let's start with the Ken Oliver "Color Bursts" ... (plenty of videos on Youtube on how to use them). Anyway, I just stamped and embossed. It was supposed to be "clear" embossing powder but when heated it sort of became white. Strange.

Just sprinkle a tiny, tiny amount of the Color Burst powder.
A little goes a long way! Spray with a water mister and ...

hey presto, colour magic!

Now just let the colour run or deliberately smoosh it around ...

I'll do something with these, probably turn them into cards, I expect.

  1. The look fantastic and I imagine you get some lovely colour combinations. Great stamp.

  2. Ooooo, I like this! Will have to check it out! Some lovely effects there! I wonder if it would work with gel medium put through a stencil, instead of stamping and embossing? Oh, the possibilities!
