Domestic renovations and repairs have left little time recently to join in with any challenges, but I do have two in mind which I might be able to finish in the next day or so ... hopefully ... if I neglect everything else :) There's my first cup of tea, the one which comes before my second cup of tea, which both come before breakfast. And there's a blob of gel medium sitting too close to that cup of tea, and yes, I very nearly glued the cup to the scrap paper. The gel medium is necessary to glue those little die cut roses into a proper rose shape. They start off flat ...
... and they are quite fiddly to make, but well worth the effort :)
This reminds me of the first WOYWW Anniversary when everyone who participated sent something handmade to the next person. (ATCs are much more convenient for posting.) And I received a beautiful decorated box, full of (genuinely) handmade flowers from Cardarian. I still have lots of them ... they are too nice to use!

I don't often get to say this, and I can't think of a time before I've even had the chance to, but I HAVE that same stamp. Mine is made by River City Rubber, they are in my hometown, and I've toured their old factory (before they moved).

I forgot to mention that my first swap partner sent me a rubber stamp of a rocking horse, and other goodies. And WOYWWendy is six today because I made her for the first anniversary, too. Like you, I think ATCs are probably a better idea.

And I'm going to presume that's gel medium right there in the jar...because really, why would you have a jar of tartar sauce on your desk at breakfast time. (Oh, actually..at any time?!!!!)

Love making flowers too but you know you should just use those lovely ones from the box...I have so much of that 'oh I'll save this for something real special' and I'll have them forever...I say just use it.
