Once again, things have got out of control. And here's proof ...
Not one, but two, disaster zones! The top one has a growing pile of recently new and unused stamps. Therefore, my next self-imposed challenge will be to ink them up and Make Something! My stamp challenge with Shaz in Oz has barely got off the ground and there is nothing worth showing ... yet.
There's some brand new gemstone glue there which I bought especially to mend my sunglasses where the "diamond-like" bling needs replacing. And I found the exact diamond-like stones here.
And the bottom pic remains much the same as previously, except I've probably done a few more rows of knitting and I feel sure that it really will be finished any day now :) :)
As the above photos were taken at about 7.30am, I then had a mini tidy up ... sort of ...
Ah, but now you can spot the Regal Rooster card in the background, so you'd better have a close-up look ... pretty cool, eh? You'll find the back story here.
Why am I showing you all this? And with more photos than normal :)
All will be explained by Julia at the Stamping Ground. Hope to catch up with you soon.
The rooster stamp is brilliant and I can't wait to see how you beanie is coming along. You will have to explain nonsuch knits next time we catch up. Have a good week.

Love the rooster! I liked seeing the quick transformation to your desk. So much happening there! Judy #51
ReplyDeleteYup, Ros the regal rooster stands out, most royally, I keep calling him a chook in my usual vague way when it comes to animals, or birds for that matter. Many thanks again for the carving of RR.
ReplyDeleteCan relate to things being on hold, am way behind as birthday card am making on my desk is for 19th and today is 20th. It's for BiL and he's been away so had more time, did I use it well?
Stamp "the Sea" is Our Daily Bread, and put link on my postal so mentioned it there ;)
Came across the Bokeh style mask we bought together too, and thought we should have challenge to use that too, but will wait till you catch up. :D

Your desk looks so busy. Reminds me of mine half the time. I try to clean between projects, but then I get excited and it all goes south.

Lol, that rooster is brilliant...a great piece of design! The first two shots look like you've got too many ideas in your head and they've come tumbling out onto the desk. I spend my life like that!!
ReplyDeleteSorry this reply is so late, I've had visitors for three days!
Hugs, LLJ xxxx
