Here's today's workdesk (or kitchen table) ...
Not terribly exciting. Just some random watercolour splotchings I did on the weekend. The best bit there is that die which arrived in the mail yesterday, along with my second last ATC. The die was discontinued some years ago (as far as I can figure out). Why would they stop making that lovely die? Anyway, it finally turned up on ebay and I snapped it up :) (I had almost given up on finding it. So, now, I had better use it, hadn't I?)

Apologies to anyone who came by here last Wednesday and was confused (I know I was). I tried (successfully, I thought), to link with Julia via my phone and it all seemed to work swimmingly! But, when I did check the link back from Julia's it went to a random post from last February. Huh? I managed to enter the correct link a bit later. Interestingly enough, half my visitors went to the February post and only one person (apart from me) actually noticed!

Yay, happy post...it really makes me smile to see all those fab ATCs on the other side of the world!! I rather like your watercolour sploshy backgrounds...it'll be interesting to see what you do with those :-)

What a great crop of atc's! I am new to desking, and thought we would be getting one atc from the person after us. Apparently not so - good for you!

ReplyDeleteI love the watercolours, the colours you used are beautiful. What a lot of fabulous ATC's you got too, they are such a talented bunch. I got confused last week too, thought I had seen it before and then clicked on the header to come to the right one. I'm sure technology is making us nuts.

Forgot to say what a great die... you do catch some great buys on ebay. Definitely confirm on the 15th and school holidays start in July. Looking forward to a catch up.
